White River Suites

White River Suites is located at 604 Hwy. 56 in the heart of Calico Rock, Arkansas. The Suites are four two-bedroom units similar in appearance to a fourplex with each having its own private front entrance with parking right at the door.

Each suite has a full kitchen consisting of electric range with oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all dining and cooking utensils necessary for your dining-in pleasure.

Each suite has a small dining area with table and four chairs and is adjacent to the kitchen and living area. The living areas are spacious and have sofas and/or loveseats plus large stuffed chairs and/or rockers with foot stools. Each living room is equipped with a remote control television and remote control DVD player with local area cable TV. Each suite has wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) so bring along your Wi-Fi ready laptop if you need to stay connected.

The suites each have a small utility room with brand new side by side washers and dryers; guests who stay for several days will have access to this amenity.

Dining is available next door at the White River Café, across Hwy. 56 at the Leatherwood Restaurant, just up the highway to Subway or Don Quixote’s and The Soda Shop on Calico Rock’s historic Main Street. Roscoe’s is another recommended dining establishment which is out of town about ten miles on the way to Lake Norfork.

Calico Rock is located in Izard County, a dry county, so if you wish to imbibe it is suggested you B.Y.O.B. White River Suites has a No Smoking policy but you may smoke outside; ash containers are provided.

Pets-if you have a small lap type pet we “may” entertain your bringing it along but you must discuss with us first and the pet must be with you when away from the suite. Otherwise, we have a No Pet policy.

As you can see, we can accommodate just about any guest configuration either at White River Suites or the nearby Calico Creek Retreat cabin which we manage.

Suite 1 is appointed with a Queen bed and two twin beds in the other bedroom.
Suite 2 is appointed with a Queen bed and a full-size bed in the second bedroom. This suite also has a full-size sofa bed in the living room.
Suite 3 is appointed with a full-size bed in each of the two bedrooms.
Suite 4 is appointed with a full size bed and a pair of twin beds in the second bedroom.
