All four of our suites are nicely appointed and fully furnished; they are two bedroom units with living/dining, full kitchens including microwave, coffee maker and toaster plus all necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware. Also included is cable TV/DVD player and wireless high-speed Internet. There is one full bathroom in each suite with tub/shower combination.
Suites with up to four guests are $80.00 per night; $75.00 per night for two nights and for three or more nights, $70.00 per night. Over four guests per suite incurs an additional charge of $10.00 per guest per night. We also have weekly and longer rates, please inquire.
Off season (January-February) is $65.00 per night.

Deposit
Both White River Suites and Calico Creek Retreat require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation; a valid credit card will be necessary at the time you call to reserve. You will be charged the balance at time of check-in/check-out; we do not accept checks at time of check-in/check-out. In the case of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable but you will be given full credit for a future stay within twelve months of the reservation date.
Two Night Minimum
Both White River Suites and Calico Creek Retreat require a two night minimum stay during ALL three day weekends, major holidays during the week and local area festivals; contact us to verify when the two night minimum applies.
